横浜銀行が提供する公式アプリです。
「横浜銀行口座開設アプリ」は、本人確認書類(運転免許証またはマイナンバーカード)とお客さまご本人の顔を撮影し、必要な情報とともに送信するだけで、来店不要で、Web口座開設のお申し込みができるスマートフォンアプリです。
■ご利用になれる方
以下の条件をすべて満たす方。
・横浜銀行本支店の近隣にお住まいまたは勤務されている個人の方。
・運転免許証またはマイナンバーカードをお持ちで横浜銀行に普通預金口座をお持ちでない満15歳以上の方。
※事業を営むためのお取り引き、屋号のある名義はお申し込みになれません。
※外国籍の方はお申し込みになれません。
※有効期限切れ、住所・氏名変更手続き未了など、本人確認書類として無効な運転免許証・マイナンバーカードは受け付けできません。
※通称名でのお申し込みは受付できません。
当行の総合的な判断により、口座開設をお断りする場合があります。
■口座開設希望店について
口座開設可能な店舗は、お客さまのお住まいの住所もしくは勤務先等の住所の近隣店舗となります。
お住まいもしくは勤務先等の近隣に店舗がない場合は、ご利用になれません。

■お申込内容
本サービスは、普通預金の申し込みとなります。普通預金はWeb口座（無通帳口座）および印鑑レス口座となります。
■ご利用方法
（１）アプリをインストール
（２）本人確認書類(運転免許証またはマイナンバーカード)および顔写真を撮影
（３）お客さま情報の入力・送信
（４）お申し込み完了後、最短翌営業日に口座開設が完了し、口座番号をメールで通知いたします。また、約１～２週間でキャッシュカードがお手元に届きます。
※お申し込み状況により口座開設にお時間をいただく場合がございます。
■対応機種
Android OS　7.0、7.1、8.0、8.1、9.0、10.0、11.0を搭載したスマートフォン端末
※推奨環境をお使いでも機種・端末の設定などにより正常に動作しない場合があります。
※タブレットは推奨環境ではありません。

■ Those who can use
Those who meet all of the following conditions.
・ Individuals who live or work near the Bank of Yokohama Main Branch.
・ Persons over 15 years old who have a driver's license or My Number card and do not have a savings account at the Bank of Yokohama.
* You cannot apply for transactions or names with a store name to run a business.
* Foreign nationals cannot apply.
* We cannot accept driver's licenses or My Number cards that are invalid as identity verification documents, such as expiration dates and incomplete address / name change procedures.
* Applications under a common name cannot be accepted.
We may refuse to open an account at our comprehensive discretion.

■ About stores wishing to open an account
Stores that can open an account are stores near the customer's address or work address.
If you do not have a store near your place of residence or work, you cannot use the service.

■ Application details
This service is an application for ordinary deposits. Ordinary deposits are Web accounts (passbook accounts) and seal-less accounts.

■ How to use
(1) Install the app

(2) Take an identity verification document (driver's license or My Number card) and a photo of your face

(3) Input / transmission of customer information

(4) After completing the application, the account opening will be completed on the next business day at the earliest, and the account number will be notified by email. In addition, you will receive your cash card in about 1 to 2 weeks.
* It may take some time to open an account depending on the application status.

■ Compatible models
Smartphone terminal equipped with Android OS 7.0, 7.1, 8.0, 8.1, 9.0, 10.0, 11.0
* Even if you use the recommended environment, it may not work properly depending on the model and terminal settings.
* Tablet is not the recommended environment.
